The P200, a member of the XINSPEED servo product family, is a high-performance AC servo designed for medium and small power applications. It boasts enhanced dynamic performance, reliability, and availability. XINSPEED, with its superior products and services, offers you cutting-edge motion control solutions.

    Features

    1. Spanning a power range from 0.10 to 15kW, the product series features an Ethernet communication interface and is compatible with the Ethercat protocol, facilitating networked operations with multiple servo drivers when connected to a host computer.

    2. The P200 series, leveraging a high-performance Japanese drive architecture, boasts a speed loop frequency response of 2.0KHz, an 800MHz chip frequency, and the capacity to configure up to four notch filters to mitigate resonance in mechanical systems.

    3. This series is capable of integrating a high-resolution 23-bit absolute encoder, known for its rapid response, swift positioning settling time, and robust overload capability.

    4. It excels in safety performance with an optional dynamic DP braking function that prevents excessive motor speeds, safeguarding against potential harm to individuals and property.

    5. The Ethercat step cycle is capable of supporting a 125uS interval, allowing for the operation of 300 nodes over a 120m distance with a synchronization error of 15ns and a synchronization jitter of ±20ns. Additionally, the position loop control synchronizes with the synchronization signal, enhancing the precision of multi-axis control.

    6. The product offers rigidity table settings and vibration suppression features, simplifying the use of the servo driver. When paired with high-response servo motors, including small and medium inertia R series motors equipped with 17-bit and 23-bit multi-turn absolute encoders, it ensures quiet and stable operation.

    7. Ideal for applications in industries such as horizontal flexible printing, packaging, logistics, automotive manufacturing, and tobacco, the product series ensures rapid and precise coordinated control.
